I HAVE PASTED THE METADATA GOTTEN FROM PINTEREST SITE  INTO To confirm your site with Pinterest, IN WORDPRESS AND I WENT BACK TO PINTEREST TO VERIFY THE WEBSITE BY PUTTING MY WEBSITE URL BUT IT DID NOT VERIFY . THIS THE MESSAGE No relevant meta tag was found. THAT  IS GIVING ME

PLEASE ADVISE ME ON WHAT TO DO

Try removing the space after the closing quotation mark:

Instead of this:
<meta name="p:domain_verify" content="4167a766be4d28a8c4b103bd662f35f8" />

Try this:
<meta name="p:domain_verify" content="4167a766be4d28a8c4b103bd662f35f8"/>

I've seen this before, and it shouldn't make any difference, but for some reason I've seen this work. You can also upload an HTML file, or add a DNS TXT record on your DNS management page (in your case it is namecheap.com). If it continues, please attach a screen shot of the error. You can always contact support and have them take a look at it.  I hope this helps you.
