Our catalogue was successfully installed last week of August after we applied for the shop feature. The majority of our team has discovered that the shop is missing from our account. When I logged in our account today I cannot also see it in the main page. Is this a bug or have Pinterest changed any setting?
The Shop tab can take a few days to show up. One way to see if the integration was successful is to go to the Ads drop down and click on Catalogs at the bottom. This will bring you to a page that says if the catalog is active and if there were any issues when ingesting it.
