Cannot add data source

My catalogue was previously not approved and I had links on pins to Redbubble where I also had products.  I have now completly changed my web site this year and removed all Redbubble items from it. I only have the products I make inhouse and sell. Having previously removed the original data source feed from my web site I now find that I can not add a new one. The link is greyed out and it does not work.

I have tried using the appeal button for a review saying that I cannot add a data source for them to check. Al I get back (is it a robot?) is that the URL is not working .... umm there is not one as I do not have a new data feed.  My website creatation.co.uk is a claimed account.

Please continue working with that team on this as they partner closely with engineering who has the ability to diagnose any issues with Pinterest accounts.
