Shop tab disappeared!

Hi!  This is my first time posting here.  I'm hoping someone can help!  We just got Verified Merchant Status (yay!), but a few days ago when I manually deleted the shopify for Pinterest code on our shopify site, the "shop" tab disappeared on our Pinterest page.  The shopify for pinterest app is connected and all tags are showing healthy.  How do I get the "shop" tag back??  Do I need to start a ticket?  Thanks!

@PinterestGabby I saw you helped someone with this on another post.  Any advice?  I would appreciate it!

I was hoping for some answers re your post! My shop tab has disappeared now for 2 weeks. It states a technical issue and no feed is coming through to my pinterest account from Shopify. Pinterest and shopify are not forthcoming with a solution. I have been told that if has affected a few merchants, however 2 weeks without a shop is bad for us merchants. I have a whole new collection of stock and none of it is on pinterest as I have no shop and all the old collections seem to be showing to users but I do not have that stock any more. Be glad for some pinterest support other than saying delete app and re-install or we will do a force ingestion feed - because those dont work.

When you make too many changes on Shopify it will affect your "SHOP". If you no longer have your SHOP tab you need to reapply to the program again. Go here https://help.pinterest.com/en/business/article/verified-merchant-program 

It can take several weeks before you can even get an answer, if ever:(

In order for the Shop Tab to appear, you'll need to meet 2 requirements:

• Star/feature one auto-generated product group (All Products, Top Sellers, Back in Stock, Best Deals, New Arrivals, Most Popular).
• Star/feature a manually created product group.

Bear in mind that the Shop Tab only appears to people with the same country/region on their account settings as the catalog. Eg. If the catalog is set to the US, only the people in the US, or with the US set as country/region will be able to see it.

Thanks for your reply. I met all those requirements, and then it suddenly disappeared.  However, my shop tab has all of a sudden appeared today!

Probably after sending daily messages to the help desk. However my product feed is still not syncing products. Nearly 3 weeks now. So I have a shop tab with no products. 

I hope Pinterest can fix this technical ingestion feed problem soon.

Thank you, ingestion feed still ongoing! So I have my shop tab back but no products in it. I would be grateful if you can relay that back.
