Hello,

I am trying to connect my Shopify Catalogue to Pinterest and having this issue:

Merchant's domain URL is broken
We recommend ensuring that your domain is functional and accessible

Am not a tech savvy, and I have checked on Shopify and everything seems to work.

Can someone help me with this, please?

Best,

Elodie

@ZofyeSwitzerland Hi Elodie, welcome to the PBC! 🙂

Please make sure that your domain is not “opening soon", that it is accessible for the general public and does not violates the guidelines. If that's not the case, you can appeal for your website by clicking on "View issues".

Let me know if you need anything else!

Thank you! Everything seems ok except the domain age. How does the existing brands do if they already bought the domain years ago?

@ZofyeSwitzerland Hi, the Merchant guidelines requires that the domain need to be owned for at least 9 months.
If a domain is older than that, there shouldn't be a problem. If your catalogue is getting rejected for this reason, please, use your appeals to refute the decision.

I hope this helps! Give us a shout if you need anything.
