We’ve recently made the change to require selecting a predefined label when publishing all posts within the community. Labels are used to categorize posts. Including a label helps make your post become more discoverable and searchable by other members. Now, you’ll be able to choose a relevant label that corresponds with your topic. To learn how to post in the community, check out our Getting Started article here.
In each conversation forum, you'll find the Community Contribution, Pioneer Contribution, & Support labels, here are specific use cases of when you'll apply these labels.
Community Contribution: Apply this label when you’re looking to network and connect with other community members, or simply just contributing to the discussion.
Pioneer Contribution: The Pinterest Pioneers are our community ambassadors! All Pioneers will attach this label to their posts to label their contributions in the community.
Support: If you need assistance on support-related topics or troubleshooting, please apply this label onto your conversation. For more information on when to contact our Support team vs. asking in the community, check out our article here.
Certain conversation forums contain different labels that are relevant to the audience. For the creator conversations forum, you’ll notice predefined labels relevant to creators. Simply choose the appropriate label to include in your post.
