Currently, the only platform Pinterest has for Businesses and Creators to connect is right here on the Business Community.

@wellnstrong - hi! You're not the first to ask this question. It's something MANY creators would like to see - and possibly be part of. So far, there hasn't been any announcement about plans to create that. But I do suspect that it might be in the works. 

(This is not from any official source - I'm just reading between the lines and I know the Pinterest team knows creators want something like this.)
