Hi, I have bought my Pinterest pixel a few days ago. And I need help with something if it is not too much trouble. What the hell is order ID? I'm new to this and I can't find nor do I know how to fix this.
My Pinterest tag says:
Checkout event was sent successfully with warnings. Warning - Order ID is missing Where do I find the order ID?
My Webhost says they don't have this info and have no idea as to why they should have it. And on the Pinterest site where it says Tag is Unhealthy it reads:
Product ID Too few of the Product IDs included in your Page Visit events match the Product IDs in your Catalog.
Product ID Make sure you are including Product IDs in your Add to Cart events. A Product ID can be any format that you choose as long as it matches the format used by your Catalog.

I am new to the Pinterest platform and pixel and I don't know what am I reading here OR where to find it.

The order ID is a value that your store provides when a purchase is made, to identify an order. Pinterest is unable to provide this value because we don't have access to your website. Just like Product ID, the order ID is a dynamic variable that should be defined by your website host and it should change according to which page the costumer is seeing. Bear in mind, that even though you can send other information with the Pinterest Tag, it only requires the data that you see on the Tag health screenshot: Product ID for the Page visit and Add to cart, as well as value, currency and Product ID for the Checkout.

I just wanted to let you know. I have solved my problem. Yesterday I have put in my billing information. And today I want to log in and this happens:

It will probably take a year before they respond...
That is the message I got after two and a half weeks of having a new account: Your account has been deactivated. Now, normally I wouldn't be worried because all you do is create a new one. But this time I have entered my billing information. My question is this: How long it usually takes them to fix this? I can imagen creating a new account and getting blocked again 😞
