Issue updating billing information

I created a Pinterest Business Account and I am trying to run Ads for the first time on Pinterest, but I keep getting this message "failed to update billing information. Please verify your payment method and try again".

I am using Wise Visa Card the same one that I am using for Facebook and amazon and all my other Ads, definitely not my card issue, but I keep getting the same error, I try the simple like cleaning cash, using different laptop/browser, using VPN and nothing works. What could be the problem?

We recommend you to update the payment method in order to get this payment cleared again. Please make sure that the card you're using is one of the accepted payments by Pinterest. We accept:

- American Express (not accepted in all countries)
- Visa
- Mastercard (not including Maestro cards)
- Discover (US only)
- JCB (Japan only)

We do not accept prepaid cards, Paypal, or cards not listed. You can check
this Help Center article that lists the issuing countries we accept. And this article that'll list the declined payments.

Hi, I did mention i am using Wise credit card so  my card is acceptable, and I dont understand what's you means ab updating payment method ? cuz this my first attemt to fill my billing information and starting my first ads,

Was PinterestFernanda  an automatic reply or real person?

By "updating your billing information", I refer to adding your card information to the platform. Please make sure to also check the declined payments article and confirm that your card is compliant. 

If your card is eligible, what we recommend you to do is file a ticket with our team who will be able to diagnose and figure out what's going on with your account.

That is exactly what I am trying to do but I can't 😐 

cuz I keep getting 
failed to update billing information. Please verify your payment method and try again 

and YES my CARD is compliant like I said in my first post

Hi there @merrywork02! The best way for you to proceed is to file a ticket with our team -- this link goes directly to the team equipped to resolve account-specific issues like these. 

Please continue working with that team on this as they partner closely with engineering who has the ability to diagnose any issues with Pinterest accounts. I wish there was more I could do here but the teams who work on your ticket are closer to the work being done to resolve your concern.
