I want to make paid partnerships

I’ve been using Pinterest for a long time and I love saving and collecting the Pins posted, I also have a few Pins of my own. I’d love to do partnerships with brands, restaurants, etc. How can I improve myself and turn this hobby to a business? I’m looking forward for your response. Thanks! Sincerely, Cansu.
