How to get more followers and attract more visitors?

Hello Community, 

I am using Pinterest strongly for research but I am not so good in setting up the page to get more followers or atract more visitors or followers and could use some professional help. Is there anybody out there who could help? I did already contact some „pros“ who charge an insane amount of money. So anybody who could help a small label to develope here better would be very much appreciated. Thank you Gab @shakkei
