How can I change the country of my Billing information?

I have a pinterest business account

ButI cannot enter my billing info and kick start ads.

My profile country is correctly showing as ‘Australia.’ But billing info shows country as ‘United States.’ Its greyed out cannot edit it to correct country.

I need help please!

Sorry you're having technical issues. 

1. Review billing information here if you haven't updated your billing. 

2. For technical issues on your account as it related to billing click here and complete all the details required. Unfortunately the PBC does not handle technical issues so I am sorry that we will not be able to assist you.

I have the exact same problem. The United States is preset and greyed out. What can I do? Your solution does not work.

Hi @BiblioZone, welcome to the PBC! 

Unfortunately, after creating an Ad Account it is not possible to edit the country. However, you can create a new Ad Account and use it as your main one.
Here’s an article from our Help Center that’ll help you create an Ad Account.

To avoid confusion, you can change the name of the undesired Ad Account:

- Click on “Ads” in the navigation bar and then select “Billing” in the dropdown;
- Change what's written under "Business Name" to something else that will allow you to identify it.
- Click "Save".
