Ad Account merging

I somehow ended up with 2 ad accounts in Pinterest Reporting. How can I merge the 2 ad accounts or move the campaigns I accidently created in both.

Somehow I created 3 ad campaigns in which I was randomly placing ad groups into 2 of them. Is there a way to merge the two campaigns or move the ad groups from one campaign to another easily? It's just a pain to go back and forth. Thanks in advance.

Hi there @velvetandbrick, and welcome to the Community!

Regarding the Ad accounts, it is not possible to merge or delete Ad accounts. 

You can change the name of the Ad account you'll not use by following these steps:

  • Click on “Ads” in the navigation bar and then select “Billing” in the dropdown;
  • Change what's written under "Business Name" to something else that will allow you to identify it.
  • Click "Save".

About the campaigns, it is also not possible to merge the campaigns. I would recommend creating a new campaign with all the preferred Ad groups.
