activate checkout event

I have already installed pinterest tag and pinterest app to shopify. After triggering the events manually i have only unlocked add to cart event for my conversion campaign. But can't activate checkout event altough there are several checkout events have been triggered. Pinterest saying not enough events. How many checkouts do i need. I have 17 checkouts in last 7 days and yes I waited 72 hours before posting this.

Bear in mind that having the manual Pinterest Tag installed wit the Pinterest + Shopify App installed may cause attrition between them and result in a defective installation. Make sure to remove any manually installed Pinterest Tag from your website. 
Regarding the Conversion Campaign activation, I would recommend reaching out to our internal team who will be able to diagnose and figure out what's going on with your account.

I never installed it manually. I installed it with shopify app.
