Why all products in Catalogs can't be found in search result?

We are a Verified Merchant. We published more than 2000 products to Pinterest from Shopify. They are all in the Catalogs. However, you can't find any of them in the search result by using the product title. It looks like they can never show up in the front page. Anybody knows what's going on? Very confused!

Your Pins and boards are not guaranteed to show in search results — we only yield certain results based on our algorithm. Since there are millions of people on Pinterest, it’s not possible for everyone’s ideas and content to show in search.

In addition to search, we also show your Pins to users who we think would be interested in your content. You can see how often your content appears on Pinterest with Analytics.

Hi dear, thank you for your quick reply. I see. That means the products can be shown in the front. Just the content is not good enough to show up in the search result. I thought if we search with very precise title name, it will be shown in the search result. We normally give product picture ALT description, Product Title, Link, hashtag. Which will be considerable for the Pinterest algorithm? Thank you.

All of those are important for a good SEO and they will help users find your content. Still, we make sure to show your Pins to users we think would be interested in your products.
