Verified Merchant Application Rejected: Merchant's returns policy is unclear

Hello, 

I am really struggling to understand what is required of me to become a verified Merchant. Information provided by Pinterest is vague on my returns policy, I really am frustrated and do not know how to resolve this issue. 

Can someone take a look at my returns policy and offer any help or platform I need to use to generate my returns policy?
