Hi all,

I keep on getting the following messages: Conversion source needs attention

Make sure you are including Product IDs in your Add to basket events. A Product ID can be any format you choose as long as it matches the format used by your catalogue.

Too few of the Product IDs included in your Checkout events match the product IDs in your catalogue.

Pinterest tag needs attention

Your tag is no longer sending add to basket data, so data for this metric may be out of date. Fix your tag for the most accurate metrics.
To avoid losing your verified merchant status, you must fix outstanding issues within 30 days of 17 May 2023
Now, I have no idea how to fix these issues. I read through every page but I really do not understand most of it. I am not techy and struggle to even understand what the issues are. I also noticed that this question have been asked before, but I can not find an answer that helped me solve it. I have also emailed Pinterest a few times to assist and one reply came back with a faulty 404error link and the other, with even more techy stuff to read which I did and don't understand.
I claimed my website, I have installed the Pinterest app on Shopify. All good. I have even added the Pin it button. My billing info is updated. My catalogue has been approved. I dont understand what to do.
Can someone explain to me what is wrong and how to fix it please?

Hi @zalea_dold, welcome to the PBC! 🙂 

I have checked your website and tested your checkout event and it's working as expected. 
It can take up to seven days after an event is fired for the Pinterest Tag to be considered healthy, so you'll just need to wait for it to be updated. I would recommend checking Ads > Conversions and making sure that Pinterest is receiving the Tag fire information.
