Merchant's domain URL is broken

I tried to verify our domain but failed in both cases: By addind the HTML Tag to the head and also by adding the snippet to our TXT File. While I can not verify my Website I got an email that the Merchant's domain URL is broken. My Website and our shop are up and running and I really don't know how to fix this. Can someone hive me a hint?

I've checked your homepage and it seems that your website is already claimed!

Regarding the email you've received, please make sure that your website is not “opening soon", that it's accessible to the general public and doesn't violate the Guidelines. If that's not the case, you can appeal for your website by going to Ads > Catalogs > View issues.
