I have been trying for months to fix this issue can someone please help? Merchant's domain URL is broken and ive checked everything and cant seem to find the issue

Make sure that your website is not “opening soon", it is accessible to the general public and doesn't violate any of our Guidelines.

If that's not the case, you can appeal for your website by going to Ads > Catalogs > View issues.
