Losing your verified merchant status

Hello,

I received this notification from Pinterest: To avoid losing your verified merchant status, you must fix any remaining issues within 30 days.

Action required: We invite you to verify your conversion source

When I click on 'Show problems', I get a page where there is an event history which contains:

Pagevisit
ViewCategory
Search
AddToCard
Init

This is all too technical for me, I don't know what exactly I should do to solve this problem.
