Hi @ahzassociatesm , Are you certain you didn't have a previous Pinterest account (or work with someone who may have claimed the domain on their account?). Pinterest has some general tips for the steps involved in verifying your website, here. Do you recall doing any of these steps?
If you can't figure it out, I would suggest opening a support ticket with Pinterest. You can do that here.
