How to add my product from Shopify as CSV so it can work on Pinterest?

I've connected my business website to my Pinterest but I'm having trouble adding the product onto Pinterest because I don't know how to get the CSV file to add to Pinterest. I would love a step by step guide how to connect the two. Thank you!

If you are using the Pinterest + Shopify app, the products from your shop are automatically imported to Pinterest. You can check that by going to Ads > Catalogs. To learn more about how to connect your accounts with the Pinterest for Shopify app, you can visit this Help Center article.
