I am getting this message and don't know what to do. In other conversations about this message, moderators just keeps repeating:
ensure that your conversion source sends the following in the last 30 days:
1. At least one page visit event
2. At least one add to cart event
3. At least one checkout event
4. Checkout events have currency
Fine, but what does that mean? Does 'one checkout event' mean I have to have a sale completed and the if I haven't sold anything in 30 days I loose my merchant status? Where do I even find this 'checkout event'? My Event History doesn't say anything about checkouts. I've tried to read the help documentation, but it is very cumbersome and not very helpful.
Edited to add that I didn't see the box about sending me an email when I get a response, and, sadly, that box is not an option when editing this message, so I'm not even sure I'll know if you've responded. *sigh* I just want to run my business, not become a tech expert.
