AJAX calls and CORS errors

We are in Sandbox mode.
Trial access is active
As an access token, we use the Sandbox token.
Company website or App link: we use our own website w/ "https://mySite.com"

Each time we trigger an AJAX call, we get a CORS error:
"Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check".

By using ajax, we also connect to many other software problems w/o a problem.

QUESTION:
Is there a configuration parameter we are missing?

In order to help further, could you please file a ticket via Help Center (option: API and Developer Tools)? It would be the best choice as it is a private support channel.

Please note our team can assist in troubleshooting API issues specifically relating to Pinterest API endpoints; we unfortunately cannot troubleshoot specific code samples as we don't have full visibility into the infrastructure nor how the code is being called.
