Business account pending for months and months

Hi our account as been pending for well over 6 months now. It says it's under appeal and this usually takes 1-2 days.

Can you help please? The two issues are mentioned below:

Merchant's domain age does not meet minimum requirements

Merchant's domain is incomplete

Our domain is complete, so that shouldn't be an issue and the domain has been around for years so that shouldn't be an issue, eve though the Merchant guidelines don't mention how old the domain should be.
