I am needing help uploading a video to an idea pin. My video is .mp4 format, 1.6MB, but am getting a message that the video is not coded for H.264. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hi @webworkskingston ,

I haven't personally seen this error yet. Seems like a glitch.

Are you using the app or desktop? Have you contacted support?

Desktop. Not yet, seeing if anyone else had an idea first. Thanks for your response 🙂

What is the length of the video @webworkskingston ? Each segment/slide needs to be under 60 seconds.

Hi, @webworkskingston this happened to me once. You can use QuickTime Player. Open your video and go to File / Export As / 1080p / and choose "Greater Compatibility (H.246)". That solved the problem for me! I hope this helps.
