Hi there, we are having a difficult time understanding how to get the Add to Cart tag feature added or working for our Woocommerce site. Our overall tag health is acceptable at the moment, but it has been in the danger zone in the past because we aren't sure of how to go about this issue. Our website has been claimed and Woocommerce is connected. If anyone has an easy/understandable way of explaining how to fix this issue please help. Thank you all!
When I checked your website and could see that you have the Checkout event firing on the homepage.
This is not optimal behavior for this event since it should only be fired after a purchase has been successfully made on the website. This indicates that the Pinterest Tag is not well implemented.
Since you're using the WooCommerce integration, I would recommend reinstalling it and making sure that you're not using any manually implemented tag on your website. If the issue persists, please reach out to WooCommerce as they will be able to assist in fixing the Pinterest Tag on your website.
Bear in mind that after you've made changes to your Pinterest Tag, the tag health may take up to 7 days to update and show your Pinterest Tag as healthy.
