Hi there

Consider filing a claim Pinterest Copyright Infringement 

On the page there is a form that has to be filled out and sent to Pinterest this really helped me when I had this happen (they used pins | images of me as profile pics et al) - as long as you can prove the photos | pin content is yours you should have no issue.
