bulk upload video pins not scheduling at the specified date

Hello, I am trying to bulk upload video pins. I have created the csv and specified the future date as well. But the issue I am getting here is:

The pins are not getting uploaded on the specified date. rather they are being uploaded on the same date. is this a glitch ?

My date format is also as specified in the guidelines yy/mm/dd.

Please, help.

Make sure that you're using the correct publish date format as [yyyy-mm-dd]. Also, take a look at the bulk upload video Pins Help Center article to ensure that your file is according to Pinterest requirements.

I have changed the dl=0 to dl=1 too, but it doesn't seem to work.

The file gets uploaded, but no email in response. please check

I'm sorry this keeps happening. Since the dates are formatted correctly and the specified published dates are not being considered, I suggest you file a ticket with our team, who will be able to diagnose and figure out what's going on with your account.
