Hi @marielli_moura ! Welcome to the PBC! I wrote an article about gaining new followers here that could help you. The help center has information about Creator Rewards here. It's still in beta, plenty of bugs are being ironed out, hopefully it will be rolled out to more people soon.
I'm tagging @aloniebeauty for some more ideas about building a follower count.
