Creator Rewards Program Not Displaying

Hi,

I hope all is well. I am eligible for the creator reward fund, but it's not displaying when I go to the creator hub on my profile there isn't an "earn" button to be seen. I am wondering if I will eventually be able to see it? I live in the U.S. as well.

Hi, 

You may want to try to update the app. Also, sometimes when they are working in your account it disappears and reappears after they are done updating your account.

I saw that another member had the “earn” tab show up a few days after qualifying as well. Sometimes patience is the name of the game. (Not the answer anyone wants though 😕)

Troubleshooting Help:

1. You must apply for rewards program

2. You must be on the app to access the hub

I’m attaching two links that will walk you through the entire troubleshooting process for both the Creator Hub and the Creator Reward Program.

If you are still having trouble, I would definitely seek support by filing a ticket.  This can be done by scrolling to the the bottom of the page on either of the attached links, and clicking the “contact us” button.

I clicked not interested i think a while ago on my earn button in my creator hub not realizing i could make money, how do i get the earn Butten back.

Same thing happening for me, I’ll let you know if I find a solution.
