I have never seen a more opaque website with an utter absence of customer care... They have charged me without my consent beyond their $100.00 credit and seemingly will not stop.
There is an issue that is unresolved between my longstanding personal account and somehow corrupting my new business account.
The service and lack of contact with a human and even the BOT - was shameful.
Any contact info would be welcomed, as well as advice.
