Title and Description missing when pinning from Website

Loves to help

Anytime I pin directly from my website OR use the Google Chrome Extension, the Title and Description are missing on the pin.

Any idea why this is?

I use Grow by Mediavine for my social sharing buttons.

If you enjoy yummy Keto Recipes visit my Pinterest page: Healthy Ambitions Thanks, Cathy

Hi @healthyambitionsteam!
I’m sorry about the trouble you're experiencing with your Pins.

I tested one and I’ve validated the URL: healthyambitions.co/keto-cranberry-cheesecake-bars from your website and see that your website is approved for rich Pins.

This means that Rich Pins are enabled for your website. To test this, I have saved a Pin www.pinterest.com/pin/1053279431572436503 from the website and can confirm it is showing all the designated rich information pulled from your metatags.

If you still see that a Pin isn't displaying rich information correctly, please validate the web page using rich Pin validator and click on 'Fetch new scrape information' to refresh and pull new information for the linked Pin.

Please let us know if you need anything else!
