Setting Up Rich Pins

thekbeat

Hello everyone!

I am in the process of setting up all the back-end tools on my Pinterest business account, which includes enabling rich pins. I am a little confused about what code to use and where exactly to insert it on my website. I am a makeup artist so my website is mainly a portfolio of my work and resume. My website is hosted on Squarespace. Can someone kindly clarify this for me?

Thank you in advance!

@thekbeat and @simplepinmedia

There are three types of rich pins that you can set up -

• Product Rich Pins - For eCommerce sellers

• Recipe Rich Pins - For Food bloggers

• Article Rich Pins - For blog posts

Since you have mainly a portfolio of your work and resume, I think that article-rich pins are the most relevant rich pins to set up.

Here is an article I wrote on rich pins and how to set them up here - - https://www.redpingeek.com/blog/using-rich-pins-on-pinterest-and-why-it-should-matter-to-you

Here is the Pinterest documentation on how to set up article rich pins as well - https://help.pinterest.com/en/business/article/article-pins

I hope this helps! 🤓📌
