help center  is bad ... i think there' no center to help !!!!  because my business account was missing , i can't switch to it  , so i contact the support but no replay ... i think is the same with etsy support ... just a name but no one there to help you ... really that's so bad in platform like pinterest

Hi there 👋 I just read your post I had the same problem on the weekend and it has since been fixed it is a bug but all accounts are still available on mobile devices just not browsers - I only sent one email to support and gave them the time to do what they had to fix the bug.

Hopefully you will see Switch Account really soon.

@drifelabderrahmane I had the same experience as @therealsouthamerica.. Try clearing your cookies or a different browser. I only had the problem with Chrome.  Safari on Mac always worked for me. It eventually started working for me on Chrome last night.

Pinterest is a second good platform for getting traffic. Interface changing causes some issues but your team is very helpful. Thanks, Pinterest Team. Are there specific updates to the Help Center that you’d like to see? -Detailed instructions on claiming a website, building a catalog, Rich Pins (turned out we couldn't even use this feature with our domain provider AT&T), and examples on how to build a story pin.

• I visit your help center infrequently. 
• I want to speak to a human even if they are behind a bot. The resolution topic circus you put users through is frustrating and you don't have options for those whose issues don't fit easily in your resolution subject communications. 
• I would like Support to be more responsive and have a better system for dealing with general issues that can be dealt with quickly, and an A team dedicated to resolving ongoing issues on an account and redeeming poor customer service experiences. I have been emailing for three days without a response from support. I finally got one and was asked to confirm my email. 
• It is not easy dealing with support - they are faceless and hide behind automated responses and emails.

I have reported this site for several times, but your agent didn't solve it, this site: dollygown.com still there, it even applied blue verified shop on pinterest, I really can't understand why such a misleading, scam site can get blue marked verified shop in pinterest.
1, in this FAQ: https://www.dollygown.com/pages/return-policy, this site is based in HongKong, shopping is not available there.
2, All items are Imitation or counterfeit products
3, Pop-up messages indicating that another user has purchased products
4, Every product is on sale
5, Does not have an email address that reflects the merchant domain
6, no any social channel
so I really can't understand why such misleading site can still there, further more, there are so many pins no matter you search prom dresses, wedding dresses, full of their pins, buyers who bought from them will be cheated, please review this sie: dollygown.com carefully, it's really a fake site.

You see they stole others designs and sell on pinterest directly and still get verified shop in pinterest, it's really unacceptable.

I echo these same issues about need for more real-person and less automated tech support for certain 1 off issues.

I would love to see changes  announcements or "what's coming" better communicated like YouTube does for creators with a newsletter. We've seen a lot of changes and many out of the blue, new features, other features gone without notice.

The stats are not particularly helpful.

Speaking of, like most people I've seen wondering what happened this year, my stats have tanked this past year, several 100K++ with thousands of repins and clicks for years on my pins, even after taking breaks for months, and now less than 500 total! Just nuts. 

Anyway specific question about feature/setting, doesn't work:

I click Hispanic, and saved, nothing stays saved. Does anyone else save?
