I have been writing sending messages to the Pinterest Help Desk for over a month now on behalf of a client who needs help with login troubles. Not one of these help desk emails has been responded to. Does Pinterest help desk respond to any inquiries anymore?? If so, how have people found success? Any advice is welcome! Thank you!
Personally, I have been trying to contact Pinterest Help Desk since June hoping to get help with promoting video pins and the only responses I've gotten have been automatic replies that list out Pinterest best practices without any reference to my questions. I've found that I have better luck getting my questions answered by other Pinterest users.
