Hi @notperfecteither, It looks like the customer service team has been responsive to your ticket and additional inquiries. I also can also see they escalated internally with engineering. You should receive an update to your ticket with more information (than I can share here on the community) shortly.  I hope this helped and I look forward to seeing you again on the community after this has been resolved. 👍

@notperfecteither I am having a similar problem. My account was mistakenly flagged months ago as low quality. They said in 7-10 days it would go back to normal, but it has not. I've contacted Pinterest support again and again and they finally said they were escalating it to the engineers. I really hope they can fix it because my account was doing so well before it was flagged!! It's pretty sad 😥
