People cant find my profile

Hi! Today I create a Business Pinterest profile and i shared the username on instagram so my followers can find us and de username does not appear. I dont know what can I do. I tried everything.

The link works for me @paloaltoarg . If it's insta where you can't provide a hyperlink maybe let them know they need to use Pinterest . com before the username or hyperlink it in your bio. Super cute aesthetic btw! Especially love the jewelry. 🙂

Aw thank you!! @PinterestJanice 😊 The link works but when people type our username in the app of Pinterest my account does not appear. My sister and some friends can't find me yet and I don't know why. 

And the thing is that we can't share the link to every client so they can find our profile. It would be great if they can type the username and just find us.
