No Creator Hub

I’m trying to get access to Creator Rewards but I don’t even have the Creator hub. I have the most updated Pinterest app and all I see is “Shop”, “Created”, and “Saved”. How do I get access?

@simpleeverydaymom  Hi! I’ve seen a few others have this issue in the past and I’m sure it’s frustrating. 
I checked out your screen recording, and my first questions for troubleshooting are:

1. Are you on the app

2. Is this a business account?

3. Have you created at least one idea pin?

It sounds like you have done some trouble shooting already, but I’ll attach a couple of links to this post for you to double check. 
If all else fails I would submit a ticket to support. (You can do that by scrolling to the bottom of the attached link and tapping “contact us”)

Thanks for replying! 
1.  Yes, it’s the app

2.  Yes, it’s a business account 

3.  Yes, I’ve created tons of idea pins. 

I did also contact support but it always feels like they’re canned responses. I said I don’t have the Creator Hub and he said Creator rewards are in beta testing. I said I thought he misunderstood my question and reiterated that I don’t even have the button and he said the same thing again so Help has been no help 😅. I’m not sure what else to do!
