I've been consistently pinning fresh pins since December 2020, and was seeing nice growth on the account. However, at the beginning of March, all the impressions dropped to almost nothing. I've emailed support twice, and they've promised a reply, but they haven't send anything back. Is it because I'm not emailing from the address connected to the account? I'm a Pinterest manager and I've been trying to correct this issue for my client all month.

Same thing happened to my account. I haven't been able to reach Pinterest support of 3 weeks and so have others on this forum so I don't think it has to do with your email address.
