My business account has been suspended for 1 month now

Hi 

My business account has been suspended for 1 month now. I tried many times to contact via Pinterest help but I have been ignored many times.

Now I tried to create a new business account but tailwind wants me to email them if I want to change the account. So I would like to ask for help from Pinterest again before I will create a new account. Because I still pay for tailwind. So sad Could you tell me if I do anything wrong and It won't happen again.
