My account got suspended and block my site. Please HELP!

Please help me!

Recently my account was suspended and my site is blocked. I also tried contacting support help but not getting any helpful reply from automated reply via email.

My account used Pinterest for over 3 years. I always follow best practices on Pinterest and careful with what I pin. I must design my pins, and all my content on my site is original with nothing misleading and deceptive.

I never used any shortened links to obscure the links to my site. All my pins are directed to the correct content.

I'm just sharing my pins to my boards and other suitable pins to relevant boards. I have never taken part in any kind of spamming. I always check carefully pins and links to make sure not to lead spam.

I don't know if someone else did somehow stole my pins and posted them.

I think it could be a mistake please help me on this matter and reactive my account.

I'm really panicking and heartbreaking. I need a real person who helps me with this.

Hi,

2 weeks ago, one of my accounts received an email saying that it got suspended for spam, which to my best knowledge, is not true at all. This is my Website Official Account. I've had related emails two times before, and after manual verification, I was told this:

"Sorry for the trouble! It looks like we made a mistake when we deactivated your account. It's up and running again, so you can get right back to saving Pins you find."

So I kept saving my pins, did nothing that goes against the policy. I have been on Pinterest for quite a long time, and I wouldn't do anything suspicious to risk losing it. However, 2 weeks ago, my account got suspended again. I used the link in the email to appeal.

After a few days, I got no reply even though in the email I was told that I would get it within two days. So I decided to contact support via help.pinterest.com as you suggested in other threads, and still no reply for another 10 days.

I'm really troubled at this point and have no idea what to do, this account got popular lately, and maybe that's what triggered the system.

I would like any recommendation or suggestion on how to recover it.

@thesawingjudge   So sorry to hear of your troubles... but just know you're not alone. I (and lots of others) have also had this same thing happen on 3/1/21 and it has ruined my Pinterest account as my metrics have tank to a new low. I feel for you!
