I've been having an issue about a bug in my URL: https://beingfierceafterforty.com/
My pinterest account: https://www.pinterest.ph/imfierceafter40
The last resolve form your team 48 hours ago was that they "safe-listed" my URL but it did nothing to my engagement. My pins are still hidden from the service. It's serious because I get an average of 25K impression per pin and now I'm down to zero or 5 impressions. This occured in a span of 2 hours Aug 13.
I need ot reach out to your again via email, but i hope my posts here would also get replies form your team. To date, the members of this community have been so nice, so generous. But I really need your team's involvement because I keep making new pins daily. I used paid service from Canva, Tailwind and all.
For your immediate action
Hello, @thequotehouse , negative repin numbers can happen if you've been repinned by accounts which get suspended for spam, so even though you might be gaining repins, the number of deleted Pins has outnumbered the gains.
There are definitely seasonal ebbs and flows on Pinterest. Some of the best things you can do are to continue creating and Pinning new content and really narrowing in on the keywords that appeal to your audience. Hope your numbers turn around soon!
@thequotehouse @PinterestGabby Hi there yes my numbers have been dropping but I do not use tailwind but so you know I had this happen back in June and then it fixed itself actually - I am just pinning more often and a lot more careful about repins. You are not alone Lisa😁
Looking for some suggestions from anyone who is seeing positives in their interest analytics for August. I have been pretty consistent trends for the past 6-8 months until August. I am seeing a steep decline in everything from impressions to clicks. Wondering beyond create new posts with new pins, what you all are seeing to increase your Pinterest traffic?
@PinterestGabby would love your insight. I am literally doing everything you guys suggest, but my account has been hit super-duper hard.
I am totally new to Pinterest from one week ago. The first 24 hours, my video pins that I posted had high views and one was in the 2000 range and a second one in the 2.5 thousand range. By the third day they drop down to one view. I went back-and-forth with a particular person at Pinterest and got no answer. They finally put the video pins back to those counts but those are the counts almost a week ago. Not earning many views now. Basically all of my pins have had problems.
I previously had declining Pinterest stats and traffic for weeks and weeks....like down to where I started. I started pinning video pins and now my traffic has been on an increase. I pin one video pin per day of different products in my shop. Last week I had several video pins that got 0-3 views....when normally they are 1-3k. My video pins are now getting stats like my fresh static pins, which is beyond frustrating as I just figured out a good system to get more traction back to my account. My static fresh pins still get very little of everytjing as well.
Has anyone else noticed this with their video pins? I would try out story pins to boost awareness a little, but I don't have access to those yet on my account.
Hi @imfierceafter40, thanks for letting us know. Can you please send over the ticket # [located in your email] so we can escalate to our team? Thanks!
Moderator edit note: if your account has been cleared by support (i.e. they responded to your ticket and reported there are no issues or flags on your account) there is no further technical resolution that will result in the return of your distribution. From this point, the resolution is purely tactical, dependent on your pins and pinning strategy. There are recent reports on this topic of tactical strategies that are producing positive returns. We encourage you to continue sharing those wins with each other.
