Really need help here!
My 3 years old Pinterest account just blocked my site URL. It used to have 1+Million monthly viewers and now its seems to go dead. The traffic was dropping from last month and I just noticed this week that there is this message showing on clicking the site link.
Message: "Sorry! We blocked this link because it may lead to spam. Learn more "
My account: https://pinterest.com/ThingsIDesire/
I also tried contacting support help but not getting any helpful reply but this automated reply via email.

I have never taken part in any kind of spamming ever and just sharing my site links to my boards. I really think it could be a mistake please help me on this matter.

I already contacted the support via ticket multiple times. And I only get the same automated system response.
This website was blocked because it violates our spam community guidelines .

We won't be unblocking this site.

No response from support after numerous messages.
I have the same issue with my business account (teuscherglasduschen). Accounted deactivated for no apparent reason after 2 years. Many intends to contact Pinterest through Help center have failed and I only received one automated reply. Contacting through your link doesn't do anything. I have not been able to talk, chat or write to a human being at Pinterest. Customer support tickets that I open remain consistently unanswered.
Is there any other way to contact customer support?

I'm sorry you're experiencing issues with your Pinterest accounts. Since your issues are specific to each of your accounts, your best bet would be filing a ticket to our support team so they can look into it. If you receive an automated message, reply to it to make sure that you're getting connected to an agent.
