Can't use Amazon affiliate links on idea pins?

Hi there - I'm excited about the new Amazon affiliate integration with idea pins - but whenever I try to add an Amazon affiliate link (either short link or long link) in the product tag, I get a notification that says "invalid parameters." 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app - no dice.

Any fixes?

I had to get my links from desktop rather than from the mobile app. They are slightly different. Not sure why one works and not the other. It's a pain because it adds several extra steps, but at least it works!

@alisammeredith  I did get them from desktop, so unfortunately that's not my issue - I wish it was, haha.

OK, I used the long link and it worked fine! I'm on an iOS. 

Tested the short link and it worked as well (I didn't think it would!). I would contact support. 😞

Huh, so strange!  I'm on Android - maybe it's an issue with that platform?  I did send a message into support so I shall wait and see, haha. Thanks for your help. 🙂

Hi! I'm writing here because I wanted to start a thread on the same topic. The amazon links are not working for me. Before, I was able to take the links from my client's storefronts. Now Amazon changed the website and the new links are not working for me, for example:

Which kind of links is working for you two know? Where do you create them?

Hello there! I was not able to use the links you see when you're just browsing the site. I had to go to the affiliate center, find the product, and use that link. I hope that helps.
