Billing Page Blank

Hello Everyone,

I am having issues setting up my billing for ads. I contacted the support team who said they would send this information to the tech team, they never followed up with me nor have they replied my recent emails. I've been trying to solve this issue for months. 

When I go to the billing page it's just blank. I cant do anything. I tried clearing my cookies, tired a new browser, shut down and updated my computer. I am at a loss and it seems no one can help me with this issue. I am not sure how to move forward with this problem.

Hi @shopkatakomb and @shopkatakomb and welcome to the PBC!

This issue is often caused by the presence of an ad blocker or other extensions. So I would recommend:

  • Disabling any browser extensions one by one.
  • Temporarily turn off any ad blocker software you're running.

You can also follow other simple troubleshooting steps that might help you!

  • Clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
  • Making sure your browser is up-to-date. You can check here.
  • Trying from a different browser.
  • Trying from another computer.
