We are trying to reach anyone at Pinterest for the past couple of months following our website which was blocked at the early time of the year.
For the past few years, we have been an active content creator and provider on Pinterest and grew along side our followers with audience in that period of time, we have posts which are engaging contents and our audience on Pinterest find them interesting.
During the time of using Pinterest, we neglect spammers and make sure we don't spam our engaging followers which made us open any link redirecting to pins before re-pining it to our board.
We've been in contact with the support for so many times, instead we constantly get a reply saying our website is a spam.
We've also sent numerous screenshots along with the mail of our boards, pins before Pinterest finally deactivate our login in the system which have opened room for spammers to re-use our pins.
At this moment of sending this report, we are feeling hopeless despite numerous mails without response sent to Pinterest.
Is there anything we can do to get in touch? What can we do?
Hi @FallForLife, thanks for coming to the community and sharing your experience with us. Could you share the ticket # with us so we can confirm the decision with our support team? Look forward to hearing from you.
