My client just recently switched their product feed provider and was trying to connect with pinterest but we keep receiving an error message. Our feed specialist (feedonomics) also doesn't know the issue, so we reached out to our pinterest account manager but she is out until tomorrow. We're filing another ticket (the last time we were just pointed to a help page) but I was wondering if there's anyway to expedite our issue?
