Pinterest Create Pin Builder Glitch?

Is anyone else seeing this happening where you cannot add a pin to the pin builder on the native create tab on Pinterest? I filmed a short 1 minute video to show you what I'm seeing here.

I'm thinking it's a glitch but it's been more than a week now it's happening and I was hoping it would correct itself by now.

I've seen this happen every now and then, probably some updates being pushed out is my guess.

I didn't search the right terms to find this one @michaelbliss thank you! I'm happy to know I'm not alone at least. Hopefully this means they are aware!
