Why is Pinterest charging me?

help. pinterest charged me and idk why or what I did. how do I get it to not do it again?

Hi @emilynsmith5 and welcome to the PBC!

This can happen because you may be running an ad campaign.

In order to stop the ad campaign from spending, you can follow these steps:

1. Log into your Pinterest business account
2. Click Ads at the top of the screen, then click Reporting
3. Click into the campaign, ad group or ad you want to edit
4. Toggle the Off/On switch to Off

hello I too got charged for something I did not authorize. I followed the steps you suggested with the person before and once I clicked on reporting and went to see what campaigns or ads I was charged for it keeps saying no data but I was charged twice. I will be deleting my account after figuring out why this happened. also is there also a way I can receive my money back for those charges.
